Upon purchase you agree that:
1. all sales are final - no refunds. session fees already paid may be transferred to other sessions, services or people.
2. rescheduling may occur due to sickness of either party (client/photographer), or due to weather changes. All weather related rescheduling will be at the choice of the photographer: camera/equipment protection or due to quality of images produced in gloomy, overcast weather. This is all a part of the booking process and will not result in refunds if client is unhappy due to a rescheduling situation. the photographer will make every reasonable attempt to always photograph on the chosen day and time of the session.
